Working more with fondant!

Here are a few cakes I've done recently. I'm enjoying working with fondant more and more. I even made my own this past week and it was so easy. It also tastes soooo much better than what you buy in the store!

Groom's cake for a couple that had their first date kayaking. Also the whitewater rafting scene is a recreation of a picture that was taken on one of their excursions!
